International deliveries

We mainly sell in Finland and other EU countries and you can directly order from our website for example in the following countries:

Baltics (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania)
Nordics (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Iceland)
Western Europe (for example Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg)
Central and Eastern Europe (for example Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Slovenia, Czechia, Hungary, Croatia)

We can also deliver to almost anywhere in the world on request. You can contact us at sales@tooloutlet.fi what you would like to purchase and we will let you know the delivery cost.

You can create and pay for your order directly via our online store (Paytrail, Klarna, PayPal or credit card, e.g. VISA, MasterCard, Amex or Diners Club). Alternatively, we can create the order for you, and you can pay in advance by direct bank transfer or PayPal invoice.

If your organization is EU-registered for VAT purposes, you can purchase ‘VAT-free’ (Finnish VAT is 25.5 (in 2026) % and is included in all our prices.)

We can also deliver ‘VAT-free’ outside the EU to both consumer and business customers: the recipient of the goods is responsible for all local import duties and taxes. Alternatively, you can agree to receive the goods ‘DDP’ (Delivered Duty Paid). In this case, we charge you for all related costs in advance.

Tax Free shopping is available for travellers with Global Blue. You can pick the goods up in person from our store or you can have them delivered to an address in Finland. When you leave Finland, you present your sealed package and documents at the Global Blue desk or office at the border to receive your refund (VAT minus Global Blue’s service fee).
